This series of forms allows customers of Grand Central Server to order and configure servers. If you wish to order a server, or to change the configuration of an existing server, sign in and complete the next 3 forms. You will be asked to select the services you want your server to provide, and to fill in the configuration details for these services. Once you have submitted the form, it will be reviewed by Grand Central Server staff.

Filling in a server form does NOT obligate you to buy our service- you're not obligated unless you sign a contract. So feel free to fill one out just to see what sort of information we'll need.

You can fill out the information you're sure about before you call us, if you like, since you (or we) can always add the missing information later without re-entering data that's already there.

A Customer ID is a name which will identify you to Grand Central Server, and allow you to access, edit, and add to your server profiles.

If you are a new customer, choose a Customer ID up to 16 characters long, composed of all alphanumeric characters, and starting with a letter. Then create a password to use with this Customer ID. Customer IDs are not case sensitive.

If you have already set up a Customer ID, enter it and your password to access your configuration.

Throughout these forms, any data field marked with a red asterisk * is data that we must have in order to successfully configure your server. If you don't know how to fill it in, please contact us and we'll help.
